Today Square Appointments are rolled out in Australia, a custom-built all-in-one scheduling system to save company time.
Juggling challenges are a big pressure point for salons, barbershops, fitness and education companies and other practitioners across the business industry.
“The days have gone where clients were able to wait for a company response or even arrange their personal appointments outside working hours,” said Chris Rich, Square Australia’s Customer Support Manager.
The industry-specific platform makes for streamlined coordinating activities from front to back of building.
The app also connects with Facebook and Google, allowing company owners to raise knowledge about their brand and attract potential clients right from their stream or search results on social media.
Caroline McLeod, who owns a beauty salon in Gawler, South Australia and using the latest app during a trial test, has also seen a significant change for Square Appointments.
“Square Appointments are a big improvement for my company — my customers enjoy the online booking service accessible 24/7, ” Caroline said.
Square Appointments can operate seamlessly with the increasing range of goods and services offered in Australia, including mobile payment reader Square, online shop, team management, rewards plan and more.
The program is open to all service-based companies from today, free for independent traders or beginning at $39 a month per position for businesses with two or more workers.
